Job Description (Total Position: 1)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing of resumes through conventional and unconventional means including ROZEE.PK, Indeed.com, social media, LinkedIn, professional networking forums, and other talent recruitment sources.
  • Interviewing and screening of candidates.
  • Work in close coordination with Higher Management to meet their recruiting needs, as well as to update existing department structures, titles, job descriptions, etc.
  • Completes follow-up communication with candidates.
  • Maintaining the resume bank.
  • Collection of required documents and maintaining a complete and verified file to HR Operations.
  • Organize and arrange planned employee engagement activities.
  • Write Job descriptions for new resources & existing departments.
  • Help in writing operations manuals for ongoing operations activities.

Skill Requirements:

  • Presentable with Strong written and oral communication skills
  • The person must be well-organized, efficient, and productive under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel).
